On the 5th of August, the student organizers of the KDU Rave2Save event visited SPCA to deliver their gift of love! The 70-odd students had worked hard to raise funds and awareness for the Pulau Ketam dogs at the event, and donated RM9,000 to the SPCA Selangor Pulau Ketam Fund! We were so touched and overwhelmed by their efforts and enthusiasm, and have decided to dedicate a large portion of the donation towards a year-long food sponsorship program for the 13 Pulau Ketam dogs that have recently found a new forever home at the Lotus Life Liberation Farm in Bentong, Pahang! Many thanks to lecturer Mr Ruly, Radzi, Jody, and all the other wonderful people who have worked so hard to help us help these dogs. It’s very encouraging to see this new, vibrant generation stepping up and speaking out for the animals!
